Nova Prix Terms & Conditions

Your Experience, Curated

Nova Prix is not a standard event purchase, but a carefully composed motorsport experience. Every element is designed with precision, access, and atmosphere in mind — bringing together world-class racing with exceptional travel and hospitality.

These Terms of Journey outline the relationship between you and Nova Prix Entertainment Limited (“Nova Prix”, “we”, “us”), and form the basis of your booking.

1. Your Agreement with Us

Your booking is confirmed once we have issued written confirmation and received the required payment. At this point, a contract is formed.

By travelling with Nova Prix, you agree to these Terms of Journey, along with your personalised itinerary and booking confirmation.

2. Your Journey

Each Nova Prix experience is individually curated and may include a combination of:

• Exclusive use of a supercar or hypercar
• Private charter flights
• Luxury accommodation, including hotels and/or private yacht stays
• Curated hospitality and event access
• Comprehensive vehicle insurance covering both road and track use

Every detail is carefully considered; however, due to the live nature of global events, a degree of flexibility is sometimes required.

We reserve the right to refine or enhance elements of your itinerary where necessary, always with the intention of maintaining — or elevating — the overall experience.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP and reflect the bespoke nature of the experience.

A deposit or full payment is required to secure your place.

The remaining balance will be due in line with the agreed schedule provided at the time of booking.

Once confirmed, your price is fixed and will not be increased.

4. Changes to Your Booking

Should you wish to make changes after confirmation, we will always endeavour to assist. Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional costs, particularly where third-party suppliers are involved.

5. Cancellation

Nova Prix experiences are crafted well in advance and involve commitments with specialist partners.

For this reason:

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations within 180 days of departure may result in the full booking value becoming payable.

Comprehensive travel insurance will be booked for you at time of booking to protect your plans.

6. Should We Need to Make Changes

While every effort is made to deliver your journey as planned, circumstances may occasionally require adjustments.

Where this occurs, any changes will be made with care and discretion, ensuring the experience remains of a comparable or enhanced standard.

7. Our Trusted Partners

To deliver Nova Prix, we work with a network of exceptional partners across hospitality, transport, and event access.

While we select these partners with the utmost care, their services remain subject to their own operational conditions.

8. Travel & Insurance

Our team will support you in preparing for your journey, including travel documentation requirements.

Comprehensive insurance covering vehicle use, travel, and key risks will be arranged as part of your experience.

9. Conduct & Experience Standards

Nova Prix is designed as a refined and shared experience.

We ask that all guests conduct themselves with consideration and respect.

We reserve the right to withdraw services where behaviour compromises the experience of others.

10. Unforeseen Circumstances

Events beyond our control may occasionally impact elements of your journey.

In such cases, we will take every reasonable step to adapt arrangements and preserve the integrity of your experience.

These Terms of Journey reflect the spirit and structure of your Nova Prix experience.
